If you are an existing tenant, we ask that you give your property address, so that we can clearly identify you.

Our offices are open with restrictions
In order to coninue safeguarding our office staff, we have restricted access to our offices. We ask that you only attend if you have an appointment and no symptons that could be assoicated to COVID-19.
Communicating with us
We will be accessible during office hours by email or phone, but we do ask that you contact us via email to best handle your enquiry.
Emergencies
If you have an emergency matter and it is after office hours, then please use the same number and press 9. If it goes to voicemail, please leave your name, number, property and the reason for your call. We will call you back to discuss the matter further.
Reporting Maintenance - Tell us of maintenance issues you have at your property and we will make the necessary arrangements to have them rectified.
