We are a property management company based in London.  Our portfolio of properties are spread in London and the neighbouring counties.  We manage both residential and commercial properties, from studio flats through to houses, retail units to offices.  With 20 years experience, we are well placed to handle an ever changing market place.

The ever changing property landscape

Property is an ever changing industry and one that means so much to those who live or work in these spaces.  For these reasons, we take our responsibilties very seriously and as such continually look to keep abreast of changes, such as HMOs, Property Licencing, Agent Fees, etc.

We manage the service tenants require, with moving in, maintenance, rental payments and preparing properties.

We can assess investments, provide market knowledge, comment on lease terms and assist with rent reviews.

We have assisted with site acquisition, guiding architects,  leaising with consultants and working with contractors.
