Apartment Dexcription

All apartments are fitted with air conditioning and everything you will need for a self catering holiday.   

One bedroom apartments: Open plan living room and kitchen, bathroom, two bedrooms, fully air-conditioned and marble flooring,.  All apartments have a sofa bed allow a one bedroom apartment to house 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children sharing the sofa bed.   

Outside

The properties are surrounded by beautiful gardens, and flowers.  As well as plenty of car parking, and kids play area. 

There is a large swimming pool measuring  22m x 10m and large pool side area for relaxing around and enjoying the all year round sun.  

The grounds are situated approximately 200m from the beach.  The area is known as Long Beach Iskela and is surrounded by restaurants, super markets, and traditional stores.  The nearest big town is Famagusta, which is 10KM away.  It is essential that you have a car when staying at these apartments.

Season Prices

The apartments are available all year round, but prices do differ according to time of year.  

£100 PW - 1st of November until 31st of March

£150 PW - 1st of April until 31st of October
